Finally a canned coconut milk that tastes like real coconut and not the watery stuff in cartons. I used it in my curry and it thickened up beautifully without any added sugar, just the two ingredients listed.
This is the only unsweetened canned coconut milk I've found that tastes purely of coconut, just the pressed meat and filtered water, with no added sugar or stabilizers. It's made my dairy-free curries and smoothies noticeably cleaner and more natural tasting.
Opening a can of this for a curry tonight and the texture is exactly what I was after — silky and rich from just pressed coconut meat and filtered water. It thickened up perfectly in the pan without any of that watery split I get from cartons.
