Finally found a cornstarch that behaves exactly like the conventional stuff but is certified organic — my gravy went from cloudy to glossy in under a minute. It also holds up well in fruit pies without turning gummy, which is my usual complaint.
I’ve been using it weekly for custard and sauces, and it dissolves without any lumps every single time. A little goes a long way, so this box should last me a good while.
