The flakes are wonderfully tender and bite-size, so they don't feel like chewing wood chips the way some shredded coconut does. I've been sprinkling them straight over yogurt and they add just the right subtle sweetness without any added sugar.
These are perfect for topping my morning oatmeal—the tender, bite-size pieces toast up nicely without any added sugar. I've already gone through two bags this month.
