Andrew G. ★★★★★

The texture is spot-on—tender but with a real bite, and they taste like they were just picked and cooked, not soaked in brine. I tossed a jar into a simple pasta with olive oil and lemon and it felt like a restaurant meal. Grabbed them at half off, which makes this a steal for the quality.

The texture is spot-on—firm but tender, not mushy like some canned brands—and the whole hearts hold their shape beautifully in pasta. I’ve already stocked up twice at this price, and the fair trade bit makes me feel slightly better about my lazy weeknight dinners.

These artichoke hearts taste like they were picked yesterday, and the whole hearts hold their shape perfectly in salads without getting mushy. The fair trade aspect is a nice bonus, and at 50% off I stocked up for pasta nights and antipasto platters.
