In 1978, Edward & Sons introduced the first Brown Rice Snaps®. Oven baked instead of fried, they pioneered a new generation of healthy, whole grain snacking. To create Brown Rice Snaps®, 100% brown rice is carefully cleaned, and then milled into a fine flour containing the essential nutrients of the whole grain. Next, this whole grain rice flour is lightly steamed, kneaded, shaped, and oven-baked to golden perfection with no added oils. The final step is adding sesame seeds for a satisfying and savory sesame flavor. Suitable for gluten-free, sodium-free and low-fat diets. Non-GMO Project Verified.
