Para producir nuestra maicena orgánica Let's Do Organic®, comenzamos con maíz certificado orgánico y libre de OGM, y cortamos sus granos en trozos muy pequeños. Lavamos estos granos cortados con un enjuague fuerte de agua limpia y luego los centrifugamos para separar el almidón.
