1978 führte Edward & Sons die ersten Brown Rice Snaps® ein. Ofenbacken statt Frittieren – sie läuteten eine neue Generation gesunder Snacks aus Vollkorn ein. Für die Herstellung von Brown Rice Snaps® wird 100% brauner Reis sorgfältig gereinigt und dann zu feinem Mehl vermahlen, das die essenziellen Nährstoffe des vollen Korns enthält. Dieses Vollkorn-Reismehl wird anschließend leicht gedämpft, geknetet, geformt und ohne Zusatz von Ölen goldbraun gebacken. Im letzten Schritt werden Sesamsamen hinzugefügt, die für einen befriedigenden und herzhaften Sesamgeschmack sorgen. Geeignet für glutenfreie, natriumfreie und fettarme Ernährung. Non-GMO Project verifiziert.
