1978 führte Edward & Sons die ersten Brown Rice Snaps® ein. Ofengebacken statt frittiert, leiteten sie eine neue Generation gesunder Snacks aus Vollkorn ein. Für die Herstellung von Tamari-Seetang-Brown-Rice-Snaps® wird brauner Vollkornreis sorgfältig gereinigt und dann zu feinem Mehl gemahlen, das die essentiellen Nährstoffe des vollen Korns enthält. Dieses Vollkornreismehl wird anschließend leicht gedämpft, geknetet, geformt und ohne Zusatz von Ölen goldbraun gebacken. Diese geschmackvollen Snaps werden mit einem Hauch von glutenfreiem Tamari und Seetangflocken verfeinert. Geeignet für glutenfreie, natriumarme und fettarme Ernährung. Koscher zertifiziert und Non-GMO-Projekt verifiziert.
