Native Forest® Whole Artichoke Hearts

Tossed a jar into my pasta salad last night and the hearts held their shape beautifully after a quick rinse—tender but not mushy, with that mild tang from the citric acid coming through just right. The salt level is spot-on for me, not briny at all.

The water-packed brine is so clean—just salt and citric acid—so the artichokes actually taste like artichokes, not vinegar. I tossed a whole jar into a pasta salad and they held their shape perfectly, tender but with a nice bite. Definitely stocking up again.
