These crumbs hold up perfectly when I’m breading tofu for a quick weeknight stir-fry, and they don’t get soggy even after a few minutes in the pan. The low-sodium kick is a big plus since I usually have to cut back on seasoning everywhere else.
The texture is so much lighter and flakier than regular breadcrumbs—they actually crisp up perfectly on my chicken katsu without getting soggy. Love that they’re low-sodium too, since I can control the salt with my own dipping sauce.
