Let's Do Organic® Organic Cornstarch

Finally found a cornstarch that behaves exactly like the conventional stuff but is certified organic — my gravy went from cloudy to glossy in under a minute. It also holds up well in fruit pies without turning gummy, which is my usual complaint.

I’ve been using it weekly for custard and sauces, and it dissolves without any lumps every single time. A little goes a long way, so this box should last me a good while.

Gravy came out perfectly smooth and glossy, no lumps at all, and it held its thickness even after reheating the next day. This is the first organic cornstarch I've tried and it works just as well as the regular kind for custards too.
