Det värms sedan tills mycket av vatteninnehållet har avdunstat. Det är perfekt som gräddersättning i kaffe och te. Evaporerad mjölk ger krämighet till smoothies, tillför nyans och rikedom till soppor och chowders, smakrika såser och bakverk.
