Em seguida, é aquecido até que grande parte do seu teor de água seja evaporada. É perfeito como creme para café e chá. O leite evaporado dá cremosidade a batidos, acrescenta nuances e riqueza a sopas e cremes, molhos saborosos e produtos de panificação. É frequentemente utilizado de forma muito semelhante ao meio-gordura - em cremes, bolos, batidos e doces como fudge. Use sempre que for necessário um creme.
