Description

Edward & Sons® Organic Rice Noodles Vermicelli are made with just 2 ingredients: Organic Brown Rice and Organic White Rice. Serve in a stir-fry, toss in salads, mix with matchstick cut vegetables and wrap into spring rolls. Makes a great cold noodle salad! Preparation tips: If using in a stir-fry, remove noodles from the hot water soak after about 3 minutes, rather than the suggested 4 minutes. When added to your stir-fry, under-cooked noodles will absorb more moisture and cook further when cooking with your stir-fry dish. If adding prepared noodles to a soup, add just before serving. Otherwise, noodles will become too soft and the starch released while cooking changes the taste and color of soup broth.
