This stuff dissolves completely smooth in my coffee with no chalky bits, and the spray-dried process really keeps that fresh coconut taste intact. A little goes a long way for making a quick curry sauce too.

It does dissolve nicely and works fine in coffee, but the flavor is a bit flat compared to fresh coconut milk. I was hoping for a richer coconut taste in my curries, though it’s convenient for pantry storage.
