For å lage Native Forest® Organic Premium Coconut Cream, presser vi kjøttet av ferske økologiske kokosnøtter, noe som gir et oljerikt ekstrakt som kun blandes med filtrert vann og en liten mengde (mindre enn 1%) organisk guargummi fra frøene til guarplanten. Med et høyere fettinnhold enn vår Organic Classic Coconut Milk, kan den være en ideell meierierstatning i mange oppskrifter.
