Om Native Forest® Organic Premium Kokosroom te maken, persen we het vruchtvlees van verse biologische kokosnoten, wat een olierijk extract oplevert dat alleen wordt gemengd met gefilterd water en een kleine hoeveelheid (minder dan 1%) biologische guargom van de zaden van de guarplant. Met een hoger vetgehalte dan onze Organic Classic Kokosmelk, kan het een ideale zuivelvervanger zijn in tal van recepten.
