Edward & Sons® Biologische Brede Rijstnoedels Pad See Ew Bruine & Zwarte Rijst zijn perfect voor populaire Aziatische gerechten, zoals Pad See Ew, Pad Kee Mao (ook wel Drunken Noodles genoemd), Chow Fun en meer! Bereidingstips: Wanneer u Pad See Ew of andere roerbakgerechten met noedels maakt, haal de noedels na ongeveer 6 minuten uit het hete water, in plaats van de aanbevolen 8 minuten. Wanneer u ze aan uw roerbakgerecht toevoegt, zullen de niet-gaar gekookte noedels meer vocht opnemen en verder garen tijdens het roerbakken. Als u kant-en-klare noedels aan een soep toevoegt, doe dit dan vlak voor het serveren. Anders worden de noedels te zacht en verandert het zetmeel dat tijdens het koken vrijkomt de smaak en kleur van de soepbouillon.
