Per produrre la nostra Crema di Cocco Biologica Premium Native Forest®, spremiamo la polpa di noci di cocco biologiche fresche, ottenendo un estratto ricco di oli che viene mescolato solo con acqua filtrata e una piccolissima quantità (meno dell'1%) di gomma di guar biologica derivata dai semi della pianta di guar. Con un contenuto di grassi superiore rispetto al nostro Latte di Cocco Biologico Classico, può essere un sostituto ideale dei latticini in numerose ricette.
