Road's End Organics® Luomu Shiitake-sienikastikeseos

Three minutes and done—this actually tastes like real mushrooms, not that salty powder junk. I've made it twice for weeknight dinners and the texture is smooth without being gloopy. Even my picky kid asked for extra over mashed potatoes.

The shiitake flavor is deep and earthy, not thin or artificial like most instant gravies. I poured it over mashed potatoes and it had that rich, homemade texture you’d never expect from something gluten-free and vegan.

Three minutes is no joke—this gravy came together smooth with zero lumps while I was juggling the rest of dinner. The shiitake flavor comes through nice and earthy without being overwhelming, and my non-vegan family couldn't tell the difference.
