The texture holds up beautifully in a slow simmer — chunks stay firm instead of turning to mush, which is exactly what I wanted for a curry. The pieces are unseasoned, so I can control the spices completely, and the organic sourcing gives me peace of mind. Bulk size means I've already got three meal

I’ve been swapping this into tacos and curries all week, and the texture is spot-on—it shreds just like pulled meat but stays firm enough to hold its shape. Knowing it’s from organic family farms in southern India makes me feel better about what’s on the table, and the unseasoned pack lets me contro
