Para crear Let's Do Organic® Evaporated Coconut Milk, prensamos la pulpa de cocos orgánicos frescos, añadiendo solo agua filtrada para lograr esta opción premium de origen vegetal. Luego se calienta hasta que gran parte de su contenido de agua se evapora. Es perfecta como crema para café y té. La leche evaporada aporta cremosidad a los batidos, añade matices y riqueza a sopas y chowders, salsas saladas y productos horneados. A menudo se usa de manera muy similar a la media crema: en natillas, pasteles, batidos y dulces como el fudge. Úsala siempre que se necesite una crema.
