Oven baked instead of fried, they pioneered a new generation of healthy, whole grain snacking. To create Tamari Seaweed Brown Rice Snaps®, whole grain brown rice is carefully cleaned, and then milled into a fine flour containing the essential nutrients of the whole grain. Next, this whole grain rice flour is lightly steamed, kneaded, shaped, and oven-baked to golden perfection with no added oils.
