Let's Do Gluten Free® Gluten Free Sugar Cones

These cones actually hold up — they're light and crunchy, not dense like some other gluten-free options I've tried. The demerara sugar gives them a nice, subtle sweetness that doesn't overpower the ice cream. Even better, they didn't get soggy on me halfway through.

The crunch is just right and they don’t get soggy halfway through a scoop, which is my usual complaint. Made with potato and tapioca starch, they taste closer to a real sugar cone than I expected for gluten-free. Just wish they were a touch sweeter, but they’re a solid find.
